AND IT WENT FOR - 41 Melville Avenue - CHRISTIE PITS
Two days ago, I posted this 3+1 (though I would call it more like a 2+2) bedroom house on a 20 x 110 foot lot at 41 Mellville Avenue just south of Dupont in Christie Pits.
It was a good looking house that had a full renovation.
I just am not sure why they didn't add a bathroom in that third floor to make it a proper master bathroom.
If this dormer were extended along the wall where the couch is...
This could be a pretty amazing bathroom/dressing room.
But that could maybe get expensive.
Regarless, this was a good house. The asking price was $899,000. I thought it would sell closer to $985,000.
Turns out it had already sold the day before...
For $1,070.000.
