AND IT WENT FOR - 9 Burnham Road - BENNINGTON HEIGHTS (CLICK PHOTO TO READ MORE!)

Yesterday, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 40 x 120 foot lot at 9 Burnham Road in Bennington Heights.

As I mentioned...

I love the concrete floor, the layout, the furniture, everything!

Even though there was a bit too much orange for me.

It was listed at $3,250,000. 

Considering that a similar-ish house one street over at 6 Evergreen Gardens sold last summer for $2,300,000, I thought this might be a little over priced.  But it didn't back onto Moore as Evergreen did and it was just a better house. 

I thought it would sell around $2,850,000.  Then I heard the Governor's Bridge house at 63 Douglas Crescent had sold for $2,850,000.

That was VERY good news for this house.

Turns out this house, which was also owned by the agent, had sold 2 days earlier after 9 days on the market...

For $3,200,000.
