Last week, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 16.17 x 112.29 foot lot at 90 Ivy Avenue in the Greenwood-Coxwell area.

It was a really great house, but it had quirks.

Like the shower in the first floor powder room...

And a kitchen layout where you had to pass by the stove to load the dishwasher...

But this was a good sized house, with 2 parking spots, a bright income unit, and a good location in a  good neighbourhood.

It was listed at $799,000.

I thought it would sell fast.

It sold in 6 days...

For $900,000.

Or $59,000 less than the house at 114 Ivy Avenue...

And just $12,000 less than the house at 112 Ivy Avenue...
