FOR LEASE - 181 The Bridle Path - BRIDLE PATH
I love this house.
Not as it is now, but what it could have been.
Currently, it is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom bungalow on a 124 x 135 foot lot at 181 The Bridle Path.
Don't get me wrong. It's a good house. It's just not what I pictured it would be.
When I saw the front and those doors...
I was thinking the inside would look similar to the car in the driveway on the streetview...
Perhaps something like the house at 4 Medalist Avenue...
Or considering that the monthly rent is $13,900, I was hoping that it was perhaps a fancier version of this Sherman Oaks house...
With concrete or white oak floors.
Or maybe something like this from Emily Henderson...*
But inside is not like that.
They didn't gut the whole thing, but the floors are pretty traditional.
And the kitchen, though it's a great kitchen...it's not at all what I was expecting.
And this makes me crazy...
But if you are looking for a rental, this is a good choice.
Just not sure about the $13,900/month asking price.
Then again...it is 3,700 square feet with a pool!
