PRICE DROP #3 - 90 Roxborough Street East - ROSEDALE

At the end of September, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 64.17 x 125.42 foot lot at 90 Roxborough Street East in South Rosedale.

It's a great looking house from the outside (I am just noticing that stone above the front door and, though I love the colour of the door, I am not sure I like that stone)...

And if you are into traditional, it's a great house on the inside as well.

It was first listed in the spring only to be taken off the market and relisted in September for the same asking price of $5,560,000.

I didn't see why it couldn't go for asking, other than the fact that it was a corner lot, and it was only 4 bedrooms....oh, and the street is kind of busy.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped a few weeks later to $5,450,000.  

It has now been dropped again.

The new asking price is...

$5,250,000.
