PRICE DROP/INCREASE - 97 Bedford Road - ANNEX
I first posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 24 x 127 foot lot at 97 Bedford Road in the Annex in August 2012.
It was a duplex with some interesting furniture that made it feel dated.
It was listed at $2,895,000.
I said it was going to be a hard sell.
And it was, The price was dropped in October 2012 to $2,749,000.
It didn't sell and it was brought back on the market in December 2013, which was the first time I noticed the car...
From what I recall, it wasn't in the listing that happened in July of this year when the price was all the way down to $1,998,000...
And it isn't in the current listing.
But......I am not wondering where the car went. I am wondering why, if the house couldn't sell (or did it?) this summer when it was listed $897,000 LESS than the first asking price...
Why did it come back on the market at an increase!?!
The current asking price for this house is...
$2,295,000.
