RELISTED - 319 Arlington Avenue - HUMEWOOD
Last December, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 25 x 100.63 foot lot at 319 Arlington Avenue in Humewood.
As it had yet to be built, the listing photo was of the rendering (the photo above is current)...
Hmmm....I think I prefer the rendering.
It was listed at $1,149,800 and as it wasn't complete, it was being sold as a customizable home. If that were the case, I would want to get in there and make it look more like the house at 271 Windermere Avenue...
Rather than one of the Grey Houses...
Which was the vibe I was getting from this place.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in January to $999,800.
Well, it looks like it never sold as the final product is now on the market. At the end of October, the finished house was listed for $1,199,800.
Though they used those IKEA Hektor lights that I am into, it's a little overkill here...
And the kitchen ended up look a little more like a Grey House...
Than the Windermere house...
But if you were to bring in some more interesting furniture, this could be a good house with parking.
And thanks to the commentor who mentioned that not did the price of this house drop yesterday to a more reasonable $1,049,800...
This tree on the front yard also dropped onto the house last night in the wind storm...
That sucks.
