RELISTED - 69 Old Forest Hill Road - FOREST HILL
I first posted this 6+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on an 80 x 200 foot lot at 69 Old Forest Hill Road in Forest Hill in January 2013.
It was for lease for $14,000/month.
But it had been listed for sale since September 2010. The first asking price was $7,500,000.
As I mentioned, it is a beautiful, old Forest Hill house, but it was dated. Example? This sink...
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in November 2010 to $6,500,000.
Then again in April 2011 to $6,100,000...
And again in February 2012 to $5,495,000. I thought it was probably more of a $4,450,000 house.
I think it has been on and off the market since, but as of yesterday, it is registered as a new listing.
And the asking price is...
$5,500,000.
