This is a 2+1 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi on a 17.58 x 93 foot lot at 6 Bellhaven Road in the Woodbine neighbourhood, otherwise known as Upper Beaches by the listing.
The listing also points out that this house has sliding doors with a walkout to the back.
Though true, these are the doors...

Could knock those doors down faster than it took the Peroni in that video to disappear.
But, as you can see from the windows in the living room...

This house needs a LOT of work.
But, like I said in the post for the house up the street at 74 Bellhaven Road in June 2013...

This neighbourhood is only going to see an increase in value (well, I guess more so than other neighbourhoods).
Those houses sold for $630,000 and $784,000 respectively.
This house is listed at $425,000.
It needs a lot of work. I don't think it has parking and there is a huge tree in the front yard. But this could be a good house.
I think it will sell fast and probably closer to $485,000. If there is parking, maybe a bit more.
