92 Ulster Street - HARBORD VILLAGE
This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom row house on a 17.42 x 70 foot lot at 92 Ulster Street in Harbord Village.
Here is what it looked like 3 years ago...
And probably what it looked like in June when it was listed at $499,900.
So, clearly, they did a lot of work on the outside and it is a HUGE improvement.
And I am guessing the inside saw a full gut. At least that is what I hope the listing meant when it said that this house...
Has Been Redesigned And Reinvented
For the most part, I really like what they have done. I like the floors, I like the glass wall in this space, I like the kitchen...
Except for the stove. It's another Julia Child cooking class placement which kind of makes me crazy. You know, kind of like the guests are going to sit at the table while the owner whips up dinner with instructions and 5 people sitting on the floor behind them making it happen...
I'm also confused with this faucet...
To me, it looks like they just got lazy because that sink and faucet together don't belong in this house.
And neither does the front hall tile...
But otherwise, this is a really good house.
The asking price is $1,079,000.
Even though this area has been a little crazy, considering there is no parking, I think this might be a little high...
Unless it comes with this...
