AND IT WENT FOR - 565 Palmerston Avenue - SEATON VILLAGE

Last week, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 17.5 x 125 foot lot at 565 Palmerston Avenue in Seaton Village.

It was a good looking semi, but more like something you would find in Davisville Village, like the house at 23 Forman Avenue in Davisville Village that was listed at $869,000 and sold for $902,000.

The kitchen in this house wasn't as nice as the Forman house and it was kind of dark, but there was room to extend and it had a 2 car garage and a basement apartment.

It was listed at $799,000.

I thought it would sell around the same price as Forman.

It sold...

For $851,750.

It probably didn't go as high as Forman because of that location over the subway that several readers pointed out.
