AND IT WENT FOR - 62 Roxborough Drive - ROSEDALE

This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 38.7 x 175 foot reverse ravine (also called 'it backs onto a hill) at 62 Roxborough Drive in North Rosedale.

I first mentioned it in the post I did for the neighbour at 64 Roxborough Drive that was listed at $2,649,000 over 2 years ago.

I thought that house was much better from what I could remember of the picture for this place when it was listed a few years before that for around $1.6.

In May, it was listed at $1,939,000 so I assumed it had been renovated.  The next day, they raised the price to $1,949,000.  The price was down to $1,895,000 two weeks later.  

As of the time I posted it in June, the price was $1,795,000, so if it had been renovated, that was a good price.

But it was really a 3+1 bedroom instead of a 4 bedroom.

At some point since June, the price was dropped again to $1,759,000.

It just sold...

For $1,690,000.

Must not be a new reno after all.
