AND IT WENT FOR - 67 Gormley Avenue - DEER PARK

At the beginning of December, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 25 x 122 foot lot at 67 Gormley Avenue in Deer Park.

And it wasn't the first time.

The first time was in January 2012 when the listing photo looked like this...

The asking price then was $1,120,000.

It was a good house, but I thought it needed updating.

Almost 3 years later and it was on the market again...with no changes.  Even the furniture look like it was the same furniture (though it wasn't).

This time, it was listed at $1,299,000.  Considering the market increase, I didn't think this was a bad deal.

It took 47 days, but this house finally sold...

For $1,325,000.
