Okay, to be fair, it isn't just this house.
It aslo includes this building...
And this parking lot for 12 cars...
And the lot is actually 34 x 256.5 feet with a total of 9 (or is it 10) bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
I think the second building has been used as a principal residence while the street home is a duplex. Or vice versa. The listing is so confusing, I can't figure out what is actually going on.
The idea of it reminds me of the old milk bottling plant at 23A Morton Road in the Danforth that I posted a little over a month ago. But it didn't include the street house as this does.
That place was listed at $2,499,000. It's still on the market.
So...this place offers a lot with a private residence, an income property and lots of parking.
But is this a $3.5 million dollar property?
