65 Alcorn Avenue - SUMMERHILL
When I saw this listing come up today, I thought it looked familiar.
So, I went onto Guava.ca to see when if it had been listed in the past.
And it has.
This 2+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 17.17 x 78.75 foot lot with no parking at 65 Alcorn Avenue was listed in May 2013 for $899,000.
A year earlier in June 2012, the house that was smaller but completely done at 110 Alcorn Avenue...
Sold for $1,110,000 (still can't believe that one).
And the row house down the street at 89 Summerhill Avenue that was only 13 feet wide sold for $859,000 in March 2012. It was renovated and recently for $1,295,000.
So, the price for this house wasn't completely out of whack.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in June to $889,000.
I am not sure if it ever sold but I seem to remember it sitting for a while.
Well, it's on the market again and I don't think there have been any changes.
The new asking price is...
$1,149,000.
I think it will sell around $1 million...
If the second floor ceiling height isn't an issue.
