AND IT WENT FOR - 87 Cleveland Street - DAVISVILLE VILLAGE

Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi on a 21.5 x 98 foot lot at 87 Cleveland Street in Davisville Village.

It wasn't a huge house, but it was a good house.  Whether it was staged or not, it showed really well.

It was listed at $799,000.

I thought it would go over.  But because there was only one bathrom and it is on a fairly busy part of the street, it wouldn't go as high as the house at 23 Forman Avenue that sold for $902,000.

That basement though... from the floor plans, it looked like it would be pretty easy to move the mechanicals and washer/dryer to create another bathroom.

I thought this house would sell for $865,000.

It sold...

For $881,000.

Perhaps that basement had more potential, or was more finished, than I thought.
