This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment at 454 Rue De La Gauchetière in downtown Montreal.

But I can't place it...
When I saw the open space, the first thing that came to mind was Bonnie Brooks' old loft...
That was featured in Canadian House and Home (before she moved and then listed her currently listed home at 78 Wychwood Park in Toronto).
But this place is a lot larger and those windows are amazing.
It has been listed since at least July for $2,989,000.
If you are into the decor like this bunny ottoman...
They sellers are willing to sell all the furniture as well (for a fee).
Wonder if they would throw in some of that art?
UPDATE: Thanks to the reader below for pointing out that this loft was designed by Julie Charbonneau. It was featured in the February 2012 Canadian House and Home magazine and is also the home of Julie Charbonneau.
