PRICE DROP - 23A Morton Road - THE DANFORTH
This isn't much of a surprise.
When I posted this 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on 72 x 120 foot lot at 23A Morton Road in the Danforth, I said this was going to be a tough one.
It is a 2,000 square foot home in what was once a milk bottling plant, hence the name 'The Dairy' (not the Diary). There is also a 4,800 square foot coach house that seemed to be undeveloped.

So, there was a lot of space.
But $2,499,000!?!
There was no way.
It just had a price drop...
To $2,349,900.
Still think it's going to be a tough one.
