PRICE DROP - 73 Regal Road - REGAL HEIGHTS
At the beginning of the month, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom flip on a 52.25 x 107.71 foot lot at 73 Regal Road.
Though it looks good from the front, and there is nothing offensive on the inside, this flip just wasn't doing it for me.
I didn't like the tile choices, the kitchen was dark...
And the door layout was a mess.
The garage is on the left side of the house and the door they intend the owner to use on a regular basis is on the right side of the house. It just didn't make sense.
But because of the view, they jacked up the price.
The asking price for this flip was $2,975,000.
No takers and the price has been lowered...
To $2,395,000.
Still too high.
