PRICE DROP - 78 Wychwood Park - WYCHWOOD PARK

I first posted this 2+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 121.39 x 145.34 foot lot at 78 Wychwood Park in November.

It is the current home of the Hudson's Bay Company's vice-chairman Bonnie Brooks.

If you ever saw this Canadian House and Home kitchen feature from July 2013...

You would recognize this kitchen.

But though I love the kitchen and I think what she has done with the rest of the house is great...

This is still only a 2 bedroom house that overlooks Davenport and basically has no privacy to the backyard.

The asking price was $2,995,000.

I thought it would be a tough sell.

Looks like it has been because this house has just had a price drop...

To $2,795,000.

Definitely a better price, but this is still going to be a tough one.
