AND IT WENT FOR - 102 Glen Road - ROSEDALE

In September, I posted this house that was part of a combined listing including the garden property at 98 Glen Road...

The guest house at 100 Glen Road...

And this house that sits on the ravine...

All three properties were listed together as a 'compound' for $16,900,000.

Not surprisingly...

That didn't happen.

But one of these properties has finally sold.

The Richard Wengle designed 2 or 3 bedrooms house that was built in 2008 and was listed at $4,900,0000 just sold...

For $4,500,000.

Not bad!
