AND IT WENT FOR - 128 Sherwood Avenue - SHERWOOD PARK

On Wednesday, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 27.92 x 184 foot lot at 128 Sherwood Avenue in Sherwood Park.

It was a great house with in amazing Bulthaup kitchen.  Thing is, they updated the whole house but they didn't change the dated bathroom tile (which really bugged me).

It was listed at $1,795,000.

Considering it had been listed in October for $1,799,000 and didn't sell...

And since it was only 3 bedrooms...

Despite being a good house (with dated bathroom tile), I thought it might be a little high.

It sold the day I posted it...

For $1,900,000.
