PRICE DROP #2 - 21 Mcmaster Avenue - RATHNELLY
This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 24.8 x 132 foot lot at 21 Mcmaster Avenue in Rathnelly.
It's an open concept house with a second floor that is all master bedroom and a third floor with the bathroom sink overlooking the stairs...
I don't get it.
It was first listed in June 2014 for $2,395,000. For that price, you would expect another bedroom.
So, either they would need to add another bedroom which wasn't possible, or they drop the price because that is really high for a 3 bedroom with a sink overlooking the stairs (and as a reader pointed out, stairs without a railing).
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in November to $2,249,000.
The price has been dropped again. This time by a fair amount.
The new asking price is...
$1,949,000.
That's a good drop.
