It's clearly a flip as there is no food or clothing.
And I am mixed about it. I kind of love it with the floors, the lights, and the concrete bathroom. But I am not sure I love the layout with the way the kitchen is laid out. I like that it is separate, but I feel like the wall is kind of cumbersome.
And the toilets...
They're basically Minecraft toilets.
But overall, it's an interesting condo with 2000 square feet of outdoor space.
It's just that it is on Mt. Pleasant.
And everytime I hear the name 'Mt. Pleasant'...
