Last week, I posted this house at 214 Rusholme Road in Dufferin Grove.

It was a 5+3 bedroom, 5 bathroom triplex with a 2 storey owner's unit on a 36.54 x 146.9 foot lot.

Though the main 'apartment' had an addition at the back that looked like it had been done a while ago, it was a move in ready house.

I just found it a little dark.

But it was a great house in a neighbourhood that has seen a few $2+ million sales recently.

This house was listed at $1,980,000.

I didn't think this would go over $2 million and thought the asking price was a little high.  But it was a beautiful house.

It sold...

For $1,950,000.
