PRICE DROP - 46 Gibson Avenue - SUMMERHILL

A couple of weeks ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi on a 19.5 x 88.5 foot lot at 46 Gibson Avenue in Summerhill.

It is located down the street from the 3 bedroom gutter at 30 Gibson Avenue...

That had sold for $1,586,000 a week earlier.

This house needed a few changes like paint and a few other things, but it was a good sized house overlooking a great park with a 1 car garage.

I thought someone was going to LOVE it (even if the style wasn't exactly their thing).

It was listed at $1,995,000.

I thought it could sell up to $2,300,000.

Well....

It hasn't sold.

 Actually, the price has been dropped...

To $1,895,000.

So...ummm....

Looks like I was a little off.
