PRICE DROP - 55A Rowanwood Avenue - ROSEDALE

A month ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 33 x 101.25 foot lot at 55A Rowanwood Avenue steps to Yonge Street in South Rosedale.

It was a flip.  

Though I am not sure if she was part of the flip or the designer only...

This house was designed by Jill Kantelberg of Kantelberg & Co.... 

The same designer who did Bonnie Brook's house at 78 Wychwood Park.  The matching floors were the give away.

I really liked the house though some readers didn't.  I just didn't think that a house that sold for around $1.8 (I think) and was redone but not completely revamped was a $3,150,000 house.

And it looks like others agreed because this house has had a price drop.

The new asking price is...

$2,850,000.
