As I mentioned, it is really a 2+1 bedroom house with an open office on the landing of the stairs...
And it really isn't a big house. Plus, it backs onto the train tracks and this thing is in the front yard...
But it is a nice, move right in house, with a garage and a long driveway in a neighbourhood that is quickly seeing prices rise.
This house was on the market for 26 days.
It finally sold...
For $990,000.
