SOLD/AND HERE IT IS NOW - 161 High Park Avenue - HIGH PARK
On Wednesday, I was looking at this house.
It looked very familiar, but I couldn't put my finger on it.
Today, I realized that is was this house...
A gutter I posted in January 2012.
The asking price was $1,149,000 which I thought was crazy. An asking price of $899,000 made more sense to me.
I am not sure what it sold for, but by November, the price was down to $849,700.
A year later, it had been flipped and was on the market again...
For$1,549,000.
It was a typical beige flip and didn't love it, but I thought it would sell closer to $1,630,000.
On Monday...a year and half after that sale...
And lots and LOTS of paint...
It was on the market again.
This time the asking price was $1,899,000.
It sold in 3 days...
For $1,999,000.
