There is an office building along the 404 or on the QEW towards Oakville that is a software office or something...
That looks exactly like the back of this house...
There is a green logo on one of the corners.
Maybe it's on the way to Ajax.
But though this house looks like an office building, I like it.
According to the website of Francesco Scollozi, the architect who designed it, this house is called Scolhouse...
And also according to the website, Scollozi is also the architect who designed the Beijing Olympics 2008...
Among a bunch of other impressive buildings (but I still can't figure that office building off the highway...).
This is a 5+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 44.7 x 130 foot ravine lot.
The asking price is $3,395,000.
Though it won't be for everyone...
With some changes, I see this house looking like the house at 76 Crois. Summit in Montreal...
The inside at least...
Or they could find that buyer who would totally embrace the way it is as a house built in 1988 by a 'world renowned architect'.
I don't think this will sit for long.
I am just not sure it will go quite at ask.
