You have to appreciate the effort that has been put into this house on the inside.
Everything is so well thought out.

I think my favourite aspects of this house are the concrete floor on the first floor...

According to the listing, this house has been featured on the W Network and in Canadian Living Magazine. It also says 'designer everything'. I am not sure if that means it belongs to a designer or is just suggesting that it looks like it is.
The one bathroom for the 4 bedrooms isn't amazing, the basement isn't finished (or is it?), and the backyard isn't huge. But like everything else in the house, the backyard has been well thought out.
The asking price is $1,350,000.
Take away all the stuff and is this a $1.35 house?
It's detached, it has parking, there are 4 bedrooms...it's close to an amazing park and Woodbine beach, a quick walk to Queen East in the Beaches, and not too far from the shops and restaursants in Leslieville.
And it's done.
So, I think this will sell fast.
And probably closer to $1,450,000...maybe a little more.
