AND IT WENT FOR - 385 Albany Road - CASA LOMA

Last week, right after I posted the house from my last post at 68 Pricefield Road in Rosedale...

I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 20.94 x 42.71 (not a typo) foot lot at 385 Albany Road in Casa Loma (sort of).

It was attached to a house that was listed just over 2 years ago at 383 Albany Road.  Though I loved both Albany houses, there was something about this one that I liked more.  

It was listed at $719,000.

With a 10% annual increase, using the sale of the neighbour as the benchmark, the compounded interest after 2.3 years would mean that this house would sell for $803,000.

I thought it could sell up to $815,000.

It sold for...

$810,000.

So...a 10.6% increase vs. Pricefield's 9.3% increase...

Making it an average of a 10% annual increase.
