PRICE DROP - 46 Nanton Avenue - ROSEDALE
At the end of March, I posted this 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 50 x 150 foot lot at 46 Nanton Avenue in South Rosedale.
It wasn't the first time I had posted it.
In October 2012, this place was listed for $3,250,000. It was a good family house, but it was hard to tell if the renovation was recent or done about 15 years ago. And the renovation (at least the glass stair rails) seemed to stop at the second floor which a lot of readers weren't crazy about.
Two and a half years later and it was back on the market...
For $3,649,000. Or an 8% increase.
Because nothing had been changed in the house, including the unrenovated bathrooms upstairs and the unfenced yard...
Though I had thought it would sell for $3,400,000 in 2012, I didn't think it would sell for over asking or even at ask this time around.
It didn't and the price has been dropped...
To $3,490,000.
Or a 6.25% increase.
