PRICE INCREASE - 10 St. Margaret's Drive - HOGG'S HOLLOW
Almost a year ago, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 155.15 x 161.45 foot lot at 10 St. Margaret's Drive in Hogg's Hollow.
At the time, there were 12 properties for sale in the neighbourhood. Now, there are 9.
It was a good house and unique to the other houses on the market.
Actually, it reminded me a lot of the house at 346 Riverview Drive in Teddington Park...
And though I am not sure if Wengle/Chui were the architects for that house, they are the architects for this house.
The Riverview house was initially listed at $19,500,000 and was done to $15,800,000 the last time I posted it in April 2013 (I am not sure if it ever sold).
This house was listed at $6,880,000.
Though this was a good house, with the underwhelming landscaping, I didn't think this would sell for asking.
It's back on the market...
For $6,950,000.
