This is a 3 bedroom (that sucks), 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 120 foot lot at 51 Winthorpe Road in the Beaches.
Other than the 3 bedrooms and the fact that it is on a not very private corner lot, I love it.
I like the floors, I like the furniture, I like the kitchen.
The separate 'prep kitchen' is interesting and a little strange in a kitchen that is already really large. It doesn't look like that wall is load bearing so I am not sure why they didn't move part of the kitchen into there and create a larger family room area.
Still, it's a good kitchen. The bedrooms are a good size. The basement is great.
Not sure why they didn't put a mudroom into where the 'studio' is though.
Otherwise, this is a great house.

With a little bit of Googling, I found out that it was designed by Harry Allen for Areaware and you can buy it at the Drake General Store...
For $260.
