110 Benson Avenue - WYCHWOOD/HILLCREST
If this house looks familiar, it's because I posted it in October 2012.
It was semi on a 20 x 110 foot lot with 2 parking space that was set up as a 2+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. But it could have easily been converted to a 3 bedroom house with a wall.
After posting the Regal Heights house at 21 Biggar Avenue...
And noticing a lot of similar furniture, I realized it had been the house of Shirley Meisels of MHouse Inc.
And I really liked both house.
This house was small, but it was good for a small family or a couple. But though nothing has really changed, the new owners added uppers in the kitchen. I really preferred it open.
But it still looks good.
Two and a half years ago, this house was listed at $899,000 and sold for $980,000.
It is now listed at $1,299,000.
At 10% compounded interest, this would be $1,245,000...
So, a little too high?
At only 2 bedrooms? And with out Meisels' furniture?
Probably. But not by much.
