Ummmm.....
This is a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 28 x 184 foot lot at 36 Hogarth Avenue in Riverdale.
That is a big house on a big lot.
Here it is in 2011 when it was listed at $1,100,000...
It's move right in with an updated kitchen and updated bathrooms.
But overall, even though it was just renovated only a year ago...
This house is giving me a dated feel.
I am not crazy about the paint colours...at all, but I think getting rid of the dark paint and painting the trim would help a lot.
The kitchen is a good kitchen if you like a dark kitchen (again, it could be painted), there are lots of bedrooms, it has a family room, the backyard is a good size, there is a garage...
But considering I think this is a new addition, you think they would have added larger windows and a bigger door in the kitchen...
