A little over a week ago, I posted this 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 21.5 x 125 foot lot with a garage and a parking spot at 26 Fermanagh Avenue in Roncesvalles.

It was a semi that needed work, but could be amazing when it was done.

The asking price was $799,900.

I thought it was going to get multiple offers and sell closer to $950,000...maybe more.

It looks like it got multiples, but it didn't sell as high as I thought.

This house sold last week...

For $881,000.
