Was all a little much for me.
But the backyard was a serious backyard...
This house was initially listed in June 2014 for $3,298,000. It didn't sell and by the time I posted it, the asking price was down to $2,895,000.
Even though this house was close to Islington, it backed on St. George's Golf and Country Club and had a crazy backyard. It seemed like a bargain for that alone.
It didn't sell and it has now been relisted.
And they have toned it down a LOT.

And it is now little easier to see that this is a good house underneath all the stuff.
