PRICE DROP - 308 Wellesley Street East - CABBAGETOWN
Last week, I posted a house at 308 1/2 Wellesley Street East in Cabbagetown...
It was a converted coach house for a house that I had posted in November 2014.
This house is the main house for that coach house and it is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached house on a 24 x 119.58 foot lot at 308 Wellesley Street East.
And when I posted the house at 308 1/2, I wonder if this place had ever sold.
Looks like it hasn't because it is on the market again at a drop.
This house was first listed at $1,995,000.
Though this was a really good house with many great features like 2 fireplaces a large kitchen, and a full reno, it had a weird layout, the uppers in the kitchen looked a little dinky, and the basement wasn't finished.
I thought the price was a little high.
The new asking price is...
$1,795,000.
