This is a 2+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 20 x 110 foot lot with 2 parking spaces at 110 Benson Avenue in Wychwood (or Hillcrest).
I first posted it in 2012 when it was listed at $899,000.
Two and a half years later, it was back on the market for $1,299,000.
With a compounded interest of 10%, the price should have been $1,245,000 so I thought this was high. And with still only 2 bedrooms and the furniture of the previous owner gone (not that this furniture was bad, just not as good)...
It wasn't going to sell for ask. But I didn't think it was too far off.
The price was dropped in mid-May to $1,170,000. I thought that was a better price.
But it still didn't sell.
It has now finally sold...
