And it could be amazing.
It was listed at $1,698,000.
Considering the smaller house at 31 Ellis Park Road...
That was listed at $999,000 sold for $1,550,000...
I thought this place was underpriced. I thought it would sell closer to $1,875,000 if it hadn't sold already.
It sold the day after I posted it...
For $2,110,000.
They must have thrown in the Corona umbrella...
