AND IT WENT FOR - 37 Hilton Avenue - CASA LOMA
Last week, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 23.25 x 124.08 foot lot at 37 Hilton Avenue in Casa Loma.
It was another great flip done by the Cornish Flippers (aka Lionfish Developments).
As with their other flips, this was a great house with amazing light fixtures and great wallpaper.
And I loved the floors and bathrooms, as well as the kitchen.
But in this house, I wasn't crazy about the second floor layout. I would have preferred the master to be at the back and the second bedroom and bathroom to be at the front with the stairs to the third floor bedrooms.
Otherwise, this was a really great house.
The asking price was $1,899,000.
Based on the sale of their last house at 64 Arlington Avenue...
And because of that bedroom, I thought this would sell underask...probably around $1,825,000, maybe $1,845,000.
Well, it sold underask, but higher than I thought.
This house sold in 4 days...
For $1,888,000.
