AND IT WENT FOR - 10 St. Margaret's Drive - HOGG'S HOLLOW

A little over a year ago, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 155.15 x 161.45 foot lot located on the Don River.

I thought it was a great house and could be even better with different furniture...

And some landscaping.  

That backyard is in serious need of landscaping.

It was listed at $6,880,000.

Because of the backyard, I didn't think this would sell for ask.  I was thinking somewhere closer to $5,300,000 (not that the landscaping would cost $1.5 million, just that it was overpriced).

It didn't sell and 3 months ago, it came back on the market at an increase to $6,950,000.

It has finally sold...

For $6,100,108.
