AND IT WENT FOR - 144 Rusholme Road - DUFFERIN GROVE

On Friday, I posted this 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom detached house on a 27.5 x 147 foot lot with a detached garage and another parking spot at 144 Rusholme Road in Dufferin Grove.

It had been on the market for a month at $1,199,000 and it had just dropped its price to $1,099,000.

But even before the drop, I couldn't understand why it was still on the market.

It needs a ton of work but it had sooooo much potential.

What was I missing?

This house finally sold 2 days after I posted it...

For $1,050,000.

I still don't know what I am missing, but if there isn't a big issue...

This was a bargain.
