AND IT WENT FOR - 151 Balsam Avenue - BEACHES

On Friday, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 30.91 x 123 foot lot at 151 Balsam Avenue in the Beaches.

It's a great looking house with a good sized kitchen, a family room plus a dining room and living room, a master bedroom with a bathroom and a large closet, a finished basement and big backyard.

It had just had a price drop from the initial listing price of $1,688,000...

To $1,599,000.

Wait, what?  This house didn't sell at the first asking price!?!

And they had to drop the price!?!

This looks like a $1.8 house to me even if it is right beside a parking lot.

Turns out it sold the day I posted it...

For $1,560,000.

So......

WHAT am I missing?
