I can't believe it!

This amazing house on a 100 x 581.91 foot lot at 166 Crescent Road that had so much potential to be one of the best houses in the city...

But instead got a flip that was in no way suited for this house...

It sold.

I  first posted this house in October 2013 when the asking price was $11,388,000 (according to a reader, it had previously sold for $3,750,000 in 2009).

And with that kitchen (which would be fine in a different house...maybe)...

There was no way this was going to sell for asking.

It didn't.

In April 2014, the house was brought back on the market at a price drop to $8,800,00 and with more photos.

I thought it would be a tough sell.  It was.

Then a little over a month ago, it came back on the market with its third agent and another price drop.

The new asking price was $8,380,000.

I still thought it would be tough.  Some readers thought it was only worth land value, or what it sold for in 2009.

Well...

It sold 2 days ago...

For approximately 94% of list.
