PRICE DROP - 184 Balsam Avenue - BEACHES

Last week, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 25.33 x 115 foot lot at 184 Balsam Avenue in the Beaches.

It was a great looking house on the outside, and a very good looking house on the inside.

I really liked everything that they had done, but for the price, I thought this house needed another bathroom (at least) and a finished basement.

The asking price was $1,450,000.

I was thinking it would sell closer to $1,350,000.

Looks like it hasn't sold and the price has been dropped...

To $1,399,000.
