On Friday, I posted this 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom rowhouse on a 13.83 x 100 foot lot with a 1 car garage at 179 Gladstone Avenue in Beaconsfield Village.
It wasn't huge, but it was a really good house with a finished basement and a large kitchen (for the size of the house).
It was listed at $649,900. I thought it would sell over and closer to $709,900.
It sold...
For $825,000.
Must have been the guitar...
