PRICE DROP #3 - 17 Douglas Crescent - GOVERNOR'S BRIDGE
In April, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 44.7 x 130 foot lot at 17 Douglas Crescent in Governor's Bridge.
It was an interesting house. It kind of looked like an office building off of the 404 or the QEW...
But it was interesting.
And it was designed by Francesco Scollozi, the same architect who designed this...
The asking price for this house was $3,395,000.
I thought that was a little high but that it would find someone that was into it and that it would sell fast.
It didn't.
The price for this house was dropped in April to $3,195,000.
Then again in June to $2,995,000.
Two weeks ago, the price was dropped again. The new asking price is...
$2,750,000.
